Ready or Not: Spring Fashion Is Here!

Spring is just around the corner. For those of you in colder climates, it probably feels much farther away. Here in sunny SoCal, it felt like it today. The industry isn't held to the same weather standards, be it snow or shine the spring looks are rolling out into stores. Things to come? Welcome the 70's influence! Wide-leg & flare jeans? Back with a vengeance. High waist? Still making it's presence known, especially in swimwear. I love the classic swimwear coming back (1 pieces which aren't flattering on everyone, including myself) and lovely feminine silhouettes. Tea length skirts are also in! ADORE! They make me feel like a little housewife in the 50's.

Shoes:

This season is the season to be brave, bold, and to select shoes that have unexpected elements and color....
Here is a simple pair that would be a fabulous choice for spring without having to be too brave or bold:

High-waist pants
Blouses, Blouses, & more Blouses
Maxi dresses/skirts
Skinny trouser pants
Comfortable, flowy tees

Mixing prints in a more subdued way this spring, as well as combining lady like and effortless pieces-- Earthy, natural, and back to our roots of lady-like-hood.
I plan on mixing in a few funky pieces to keep it fun.
Bold and funky shoes are by far my favorite thing this season...they are everywhere!

Ahhh, how I love when the fashion seasons change.....
